yeah I can’t believe it eighter! I ate 1000 calories a day, only healthy food! cardio six times a week, and strenght rutines every day. My weightloss has slowed down a bit now, and I’ve stayed at 132 lbs for two weeks. Probably beacuse of two binges, and a national day celebration with more food in one day than I’ve eaten the last month… and muscle building. Anyway, I was really strict that first week, no slips what so ever, and it worked like magic! Hopes this helps! and good luck to you! <3
